Your son or daughter is off on a trip.
Here's what you need to know.

The school will send you the trip dossier with the itinerary, dates and deadlines. Here are the answers to the most common questions.

Documents

ID card or passport valid for the whole trip, plus health card. Outside Spain: European Health Insurance Card and the travel authorisation for minors going abroad, obtained from the Policía Nacional or the Guardia Civil.

Consent and health

Fill in and sign the school's consent form, including allergies, medication and anything else the teachers should know. Medication must travel with its prescription.

The per-student payment schedule is in the dossier. If the group sells raffle tickets, the money raised is deducted from the price as agreed by the school.

Questions

Questions from families

What does the insurance cover?

Travel assistance for students and teachers (medical care, hospitalisation, repatriation…). If the school takes it out, it also covers cancellation costs for justified reasons. The exact cover is set out in the dossier.

What if my son or daughter can't go at the last minute?

Let the school know as soon as possible. We'll tell you about any cancellation costs and whether the insurance covers them.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, the price is split into per-student instalments up to departure. If you need a different schedule, speak to the school and we'll look into it.

Who do I talk to if I have a question?
