The trip, day by day
- Day 1 · Arrival and a Viennese New Year's Eve
Early arrival and a stroll through the historic centre: St Stephen's Cathedral, the Graben and the Kohlmarkt. In the evening, the Silvesterpfad, the great New Year's Eve trail through the old town, with music and the bells of the Pummerin ringing in the New Year.
- Day 2 · An imperial New Year's Day
A relaxed morning and a visit to Schönbrunn Palace and its gardens. In the afternoon, coffee and Sachertorte in a classic Viennese café and a stroll along the illuminated Ring.
- Day 3 · Hofburg and Belvedere
Tour of the Hofburg and the Sisi Museum, and an afternoon at the Belvedere Palace to see Klimt's “The Kiss”. Dinner at a Heuriger or in the Spittelberg quarter.
- Day 4 · A last stroll and return
Breakfast, a final wander around the Naschmarkt and transfer to the airport for the midday flight to Valencia.
